What is Planet Pop?

Planet Pop is a geography roguelike on a glossy toy globe. Every question starts with "Name a country that ..." and has many right answers. Spin and zoom the globe, tap a country, lock it in, and the questions keep coming until you run out of lives

Not every right answer is worth the same. A common pick earns a few points, a rare one earns more, and a hidden gem earns the most. Streaks multiply your score, and the questions get harder the longer you last

You start with 3 lives. After every right answer you pick 1 of 3 power-ups: an extra heart, a hint to save for a later question, or a charm that works for the rest of the run. It is free in the browser, in English, and your best score stays on your device

How to play Planet Pop

Read the question, then spin and zoom the globe and tap a country. Its name and flag show up, and you confirm with Lock (or Enter on a keyboard). You get 30 seconds for each question, and the clock gets shorter as you keep going

A right answer adds points, grows your streak and shows every right answer, then you pick 1 of 3 power-ups. A wrong answer or a timeout costs 1 life and resets your streak. You start with 3 lives and can hold up to 5, and the run ends when you reach 0

Modes and features

  • Endless run: one country question after another until your lives run out
  • Power-up draft: pick 1 of 3 cards after every right answer, from extra hearts, hints and charms
  • Score chase: rarer answers and longer streaks score more, and your best score and best streak are saved
